Black carrot sourdough

A classic tartine formula + black carrot powder. That's my favourite powder adding to bread, it gives a pleasant sweetness to it. I used only Bob's Red mill bread flour for this loaf, because I wanted a really deep purple colour, and it's impossible to reach it when the flour is not strong enough. Even though this particular flour can develop a strong gluten, when I added the powder to the dough, it started to ruin😥 

Before throwing everything away, I decided to try a long mixing in the kitchenaid. I put the dough into the freezer for 10 min and than started mixing it on a 4-5 speed. And after 15 min - voila, the dough became strong and silky💪🥰 As you can see, the dough is very elastic and strong. And the colour, one love!💜
