It was an improvisation, a mix of bread flours, salt, olive oil, sourdough starter, 0,3 g of dry yeast, purple sweet potato powder, don't know how much, just to create such a colour with 350g of flour in the dough.
The hydration is around 85%.
Olive oil, garlic, honey, french mustard on top, fresh thyme.🌿
